Two of Top 20 Freshman
Men are CHE Majors
Each fall, Mortar Board is
responsible for choosing 20
students for the Top Freshman
Women, and Omicron Delta Kappa
chooses 20 for the Top Freshman
Men. From these, the Top Ten
students will be chosen in each
group.
Selection of students, who are
now in their sophomore year at
OSU, is based upon scholarship,
community service, campus
involvement and outstanding
leadership from their freshman
year. Two ChE students, Race
Clark and Billy Collins, were
selected in the top 20 freshmen
men.

recovery and refining.” The
photo of Billy is from his
studies at Cambridge University
this summer. Billy is also
active in the CEAT Student
Council.

Oklahoma, is a chemical
engineering major, also in the
