I am enjoying my "second career", having retired as a music and art educator in the public schools.  Originally from Texas, my teaching career began at Arlington, but most of my experience has been in Oklahoma, with the last 12 years in the small community of Coyle.  Besides teaching, some other interesting experiences I've had include: working as an artist for Texas Education Agency as a summer job while in college; performing as a professional vocal soloist with the Ft. Worth Symphony Orchestra; and most recently, taking the Coyle Youth Choir to join other selected choirs in a performance at Carnegie Hall in New York.
